Loving and Supporting your Pregnant Body
Hypnosis is a natural state of deep, relaxed concentration. Through
hypnosis we take meditation a step further, by adding intention after
clearing our minds and deepening our relaxation. In this workshop, we will
use the natural state of hypnosis to gain access to the subconscious and
communicate directly with our belief systems to enact real change.
Practicing hypnosis during pregnancy will support you in fully feeling into
this transformative time, experiencing and processing emotions that come
up. This will help you bring a sense of calm and peace to your birth
experience, empowering you to trust your birthing body and create the birth
experience that is right for you.
We will connect, share, and practice breathing techniques that will support
you during pregnancy and birth. We will also go over the process of
self-hypnosis before going into hypnosis as a group.
Facilitated by Ashi Scott
Ashley is a holistic practitioner living in Los Angeles, California.
She is trained as a doula, hypnotherapist, HypnoBirthing® instructor,
and yoga teacher. Her practice is deeply grounded in the idea that mindfulness
is important at every stage of life, but mindful support is crucial as women
transition into motherhood and children form an understanding of the world.
These areas are her deepest passion.
Ashley is currently pregnant with her first child, and cannot wait to enter
motherhood. She hopes to be able to bring some of her own experience into
her teachings as she grows into this new role.
