Fertility Circle is for women who are currently on the journey of conceiving a child. Regardless of how you are
approaching your fertility: IUI, IVF, Egg Donor or with a holistic approach, this circle will support you on the
emotional and spiritual level of conceiving your baby. Using movement, journaling, and heartfelt sharing, Paula’s
highest intention is to guide you through a process that will support a reframe of the blocks that are present.
By demystifying “how we think conceiving a baby SHOULD look,” Fertility Circle will support you in
acknowledging and identifying the judgments and limiting beliefs that are present and create space for a more
conscious approach and perspective around your fertility journey.
Workshop Conscious Conception is a three-hour workshop lead by our Founder Paula Mallis, Paula will guide you
through a process that includes movement, journaling, and sharing. Working on the emotional and spiritual level
of conception we connect inward and peel back the layers that are blocking us from what we are looking to birth
into our lives. There may be competing intentions, fear or judgment, or we are set in our ways with limiting
beliefs how we think it should all look. By being open, courageous, and letting go, we have the opportunity
to go inward, tune in and connect to our intention. As women, we have the opportunity to birth babies,
projects, new versions of ourselves and all that we are called to bring into the world.
Come experience this transformative workshop with a group of likeminded women.
Those called to work independently with Paula after participating in this workshop can book a private session.
Partners are also welcome to participate in these private sessions.

Maiden to Mother Gathering
This circle is for women who are pregnant, “maiden” and women who have given birth “mother.”
As we gather we will be honoring the transition a woman goes through on her journey from pregnancy
into motherhood. We will honor this sacred rite of passage by sharing our experience, wisdom and birth story.
Our time together will be held in a safe, non-judgmental and loving space. This evening will provide an
opportunity to deepen our understanding of our stories and apply a loving reframe to the places within
us where we might hold judgment towards ourselves and others. In maintaining this heartfelt and loving space,
we will connect and support one another as we travel our own unique journey into motherhood.
Mother Baby Blessing Circle
An alternative to a traditional baby shower or in addition to, during this sacred ceremony we acknowledge all the women who have come before us, our mother, our grandmothers, our lineage, and to celebrate and honor a pregnant woman as she prepares for birth and motherhood. The heartfelt intention in holding the space for the pregnant mama is to allow the opportunity for her to open herself up to receive all the love and blessings from her sisters, friends, loved ones, and community as she prepares to enter the birth portal and then crossing over to the other side into a new existence, a new identity, a new way of being. (This offering is either during your pregnancy or after the baby is born).

Doula Birth Package
What is a Doula? A doula is an ancient Greek term that translates into “caregiver” or “woman of service”
and has been used over the past several decades to describe a woman who provides various non-medical
support measures during labor, such as massage, visualization, and meditation. Whether you have decided
to have a home birth, birth center birth or hospital birth, a Doula is there to hold space and support
the pregnant woman and her unique birth experience.
Benefits of hiring a Birth Doula: Hiring a Doula who offers support and guidance can support a woman
